Our products ship directly from our supplier partners. Available destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping charges may vary by product, supplier, and destination.

Processing and delivery

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Please check the product page for any made-to-order information. The Rugged Waterproof AirTag Dog Collar is handmade to order and typically takes approximately one week to ship, plus transit time. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Multiple packages

An order containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages, on different days, with separate tracking information.

Address changes and delivery questions

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error or need help with a shipment, contact marketing@halebound.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun.
